ClimbCoach's Diary functionality allows you to plan your training day by day.

All the workouts contained in climbed can be accessed, chosen and added to your diary by the touch of a button.

Workouts can be chosen by fitness type - providing you with all the info you need to know about how often and how long you should train together with the advised amount of time you should rest for between sessions.

Any workouts you either complete or incomplete are automatically added to your diary so that you can keep track of the progress you make over time.
